It's Monday again, and we're now two thirds of the way through my series of music challenges. If you want to see what it's all about you can click here.
We've reached week 20, a song that you listen to when you're angry. To be honest, I don't listen to much music when I'm angry. I usually prefer it quiet when I'm really angry. But nonetheless - I can't leave a challenge open like this, so I'll pick something that I picture I would listen to when I'm angry.
Get ready to listen to some 80s music. Here's Eurythmics with "Thorn in my Side" from 1986:

So : some music that I have driven around listening to FUCKING.LOUD. for hours on end, deep into the night, when I've been on the fucking edge - hurtling the Subaru in 4WD around those tiny twisty unlit rural roads in NZ, looking for the end, the beginning, whatever..in mortal and terminal anger, sadness, fear, frustration, all the above...

When I'm angry, I prefer do meditation than hear music. So the body can feel sensation & get wisdom. The anger will be disappear soon or later.

There's a country song I like to listen to when I'm angry, because it makes me laugh. It's by David Allan Coe, and it's called, "You Never Even Call Me By My Name." No matter how angry I am, that song has never failed to lighten my mood. Helps me remember that things just aren't all that bad.
