Take a look at this girl.

Her name is Ananda Marchildon, and four years ago she won the television show "Holland's Next Top Model". She won a three-year contract with Model agency "Elite Models".

Four years ago her hips measured 92 cm.

Elite wrote to Ananda in an e-mail in March 2010 :

Today we measured your hips at 98 centimeters. This is a reminder! The goal is that you have a hip circumference of no more than 90 cm at the end of June.

Ananda replied that she was willing to regain her former shape, but she was not willing to get lower than 92 centimetres. She reached her goal by the end of June, but Elite wasn't satisfied. They still demanded her hips to measure no more than 90 cm and put her off the contract in September 2010.

Ananda took Elite to court, and after two years, the court is now set.

According to the court ruling although the 180 cm tall model had put on weight since gaining the contract, she had had a hip measurement of 92 cm at the time of winning and the agency went too far by demanding she reduce it to 90 cm.

"Elite had no right to demand Ananda Marchildon reach a hip size of 90 cm," the court ruled, and judged Elite to pay $ 85,000 to Ananda.

Ananda was commissioned for a photo shoot on Wednesday by underwear company Sloggi. They called Ananda "a beautiful woman", adding: "It's too crazy for words that a model who's her size would be written off as too fat."

I couldn't agree more!
