ExtendOpera.org

For years, ever since the untimely demise of userjs.org i, and many other my.opera members have asked Opera ASA to pay more attention to UserJS and to give it a place on this website, this never happened. Last year, i got it into my head that i should stop whining and do something about it, so, i started to build a site. After some discussion on the forum the scope of the site was expanded from User Javascript files to include User CSS, shortcuts, mouse, toolbar and menu setups and other files and macros. Basically anything that isn't a widget or a skin. All of which serve to change Opera from a good browser, into your browser.
Of course, all those files can also be shared through the Opera forum but extendopera.org offers something the forums cannot. A central repository where it is easy to find them, where you don't have to read an entire thread just to find the most recent version of a .js file and where you can focus the search function on just the kind of file you're looking for.
It was generally agreed that the site, as it was when it first came online in November of last year, was an ugly, ugly beast. Now, with the new version of Opera looking better and better it'd be a shame to have to visit such an ugly site with it, so i gave it a make-over to make it a little less hideous. All the site needs now is more contributors. So, if you've written a new User Javascript, made a CSS file or came up with a genius macro; i ask you to please upload it, to extendopera.org
Those that haven't, please visit, you might find something useful.

You did a good job with it. It works a lot like I had originally imagined such a site should work.
