France
3. day was mainly visiting same places I've visited on the first day. In the afternoon we went to
Grande Arche in la Defense which is a big shopping and offices area. Chilled out there for a while and turned back to the centre to see
Eiffel by night. We had a perfect timing, just after we arrived there at 11 pm. flashes started for 5 minutes.
Last day was waiting on queues. Our first destination was
Palace of Versailles. It wasn't much fun to wait for 1,5 hours in the rain but you got to go on when you once start. At the end we didn't have any energy walk in the
garden, weather wasn't nice anyway. In the train we realised we've forgotten to visit Marie-Antoinette's appartement
I had a lot of fun in Paris but it was a calm trip as I mentioned before. I don't know whether it was because of Paris but I didn't have any wish to walk around in the city nor take photos. Maybe I'm tired of traveling.
Here are my Paris pictures.

France
My trip to Paris was unexpectedly calm and full with hitches. It was very enjoyable though.
I had to wake up at 4 am. on Thursday to catch the bus to the airport and I fell asleep but didn't miss the bus. As I arrived to the airport I was shocked to see the long lines for the security check and I realised I've forgotten the plastic bag full with liquids in small bottles, according to european hand lugguage restrictions. So I had no toothpaste, shampoo, perfume, etc.

But I was on time for boarding and even met an italian friend who was going to Paris with another airline. I arrived to the hostel I made a reservation by phone and they couldn't find my reservation, I had to go to another hostel. Next time I'm going to ask for a confirmation what I've never done before. It's not over yet but let me write about Paris a bit
On the first day I was alone and I wasn't allowed to see the best tourist attractions, cos next day my indian friend was joining me. I went up to basilica Sacre Coeur close to the hostel and saw lots of japanese tourists. It was quite foggy, so view of the city wasn't so nice. I went down to the centre on foot without using the map, saw Galaries Lafayette (couldn't do shopping ofcourse), the biggest square I've ever seen and walked a lot. I turned back to hostel early after had a small delicious quiche for dinner, because I heard Paris subway wasn't safe during the night for a woman alone. My itchy and red legs couldn't stop me to have a glass of wine in a cafe in neighbourhood. I thought it might be a kind of allergy but pharmacist told me next day I had a ventilation problem because of my tight socks.
On Friday I met my friend in the hotel which is a very cheap and clean hotel. The lady in the reseption couldn't speak English properly and she gave us a room for one person and to explain that we wanted to change the room took a while. After we've managed to get a double bed room we headed to the meeting point of free city tour. Our guide didn't show up and we left to Notre Dame. During waiting we met three exchange students, one originally bolivian american and an australian guy, both studying in Milan and an american girl studying in Ireland.
We arrived to Eiffel Tower after a long walk with sight seeing and it was time to wait in a queue. Just after we arrived to the top of the tower the storm has started, it was windy and raining like crazy and freezing. We had a terrible view but we had great fun!
