Opera mobile for my samsung star isnt possible!!

Im really really tired for surfing in the internet just to get an opera mini at my Samsung star(GTS5233) but then i returned to zero.I just cant understand how my phone cant handle this type of software though the file that i've downloaded is in a JAR format! I wish that people who may look at my concern would give me a nice feedback and steps on how would i will be experience this opera mini.. tnx
