Tulsa Collection Walking

After we came back from the Aquarium, we were dead tired and dozed off until around 6PM. Then V, S and I headed out to the Arkansas river walking along it. We took some pictures.

Oklahoma City Omni Dome and Museum

After the zoo, we went to the adjoining OmniDome and museum. Apparently one needed to buy tickets to enter the place. No one told us. We just went in and started pushing buttons and snapping away. In any case, we had fun and this was where S and I had to leave as it was getting late and it was a 5 hour drive back to Arlington. Fun times.

Downtown Oklahoma City

After S and I decided to leave, V and family and friend went on to Downtown OK city. They apparently went on a ride of some sort. I hope V puts some comments on the photos himself. I have no idea what went on there but the images are cool.

We then moved on to descend upon the Oklahoma City Zoo and spent most of the afternoon there. We had a wonderful time. Even caught a Sea Lion show.

We started off the day with a stop over at the Oklahoma City Tourism Information Kiosk. Very nice people there. Helped us find our way to the next stop.

The Stockyards at Fort Worth

We took our new professor Dr. Guido Hermann from the UK (he's German if you didn't get it from his name) to the stockyards (a well preserved/restored strip of old time USA). A more detailed description later. Enjoy. PS: All of these images were taken on P's Motorola Razr. Good or what.

Roommate A1's collection of photos when he got to Arlington in January. A1 and A2 went around town shopping and taking photographs. They had fun. Catch me in there too.

S and I went over to Tulsa to visit V on his birthday and also because he was nagging us to death to come over
. In any case, we had a wonderful time there.
We spent the first day in Downtown Tulsa photographing all the churches located there and also visiting V's offices at IBM, Tulsa. Big group of Telugu people there. Very interesting. Then went on exploring Downtown Tulsa again and enjoyed Easter weekend's bountiful lack of people in the area. Headed off to the Meenakshi temple later that evening because of the Tamil new year's celebrations being organized by the local Tamilians in Tulsa.
The next day, we went over to what was supposed to be the first of two museums we were going to visit. We ended up going just to the aquarium in Tulsa. Loads of fun there. Later that day, we went walking along the Arkansas river.
