On the matter of dealing with Idiots

I'm saving this comment that I made on this blog here, because I feel it could potentially be deleted soon. But I want to get this thought out there. Please feel free to disagree with me.
I will only answer your second set of questions because the first ones are questioning biological functions. Please take those up with nature.
A1. No it hasn’t. Men have been. (the tactic i’ve employed for this answer is called Dismissal)
A2. Are you nuts? Are you friggin’ delusional or something? Two decades ago? That’s it? “Girls” have been able to do things which were considered to be exclusively in the male domain for friggin’ ages. Have you even read the Mahabharata? (taking that as a common reference) Sri Krishna’s wife, Satyabhama/Satyadevi. A warrior and a very good one at that.
More contemporary and non-mythological examples. Marie Curie. Sarojini Naidu. Emmy Noether. Virginia Woolf. Indira Gandhi. Jhansiki Rani. I could look them all up and put them here. Suffice it to say they’re there.
This is exactly what I was referring to as misogyny. By you. This fight between the sexes didn’t start at the same time you were born. It has existed for centuries. Get over yourself you narcissistic idiot.
As far as the differences go, apart from biological differences, the only ones there were imposed by society. That’s what is wrong with people like you trying to find themselves to be better than other people. Stop it. Just stop trying to blame your short-comings on others. Realize this simple fact. You make your own destiny. It’s not just an optimistic idiom for life. It’s a harsh reality. That’s why people keep striving to better themselves. They’re not trying to be better than other people. They’re trying to be better than themselves. Do you understand what I’m saying?
(This tactic is called condescension)
A3. Jobs at businesses are made to make the company money. That is all that the companies care about. How they get their employees to do so in the last century or two is what you seem to think is the normal modus operandi. No. This is the result of two distinct philosophies colliding. The family is more intrinsically socialist while a business is capitalist. So when a company decides that an employee’s personal life is affecting too much of their money making ability they fire him/her. If it were a purely technical reason, then there are methods to fix it. Training, mentor programs etc. But because wall between the family world and the business world is millions of kilometers/miles thick, company personnel don’t bother to cross it. (This has changed in the past few decades or more. It’s just that some people (like you) haven’t understood this. Most of these people turn up in management and compound the situation.) Coming back to my main point, the company personnel not trying to cross over causes bad feelings in employees who generalize the situation and feel the company is against families. This leads to ill-will between management and employees. All this snow-balls into something much much worse and the company starts losing more money.
The other fact that you seem to be forgetting is, the definition of families has changed somewhat over the years. They are more so now, than ever before, capitalist ventures where heirs inherit their parents’ wealth. Gone were the days when what children inherited was their family’s name and prestige and all that came with it. Capitalist societies function thus. Families aren’t under threat, don’t be that afraid or paranoid. If you cannot handle having kids while having to earn a living, then hold off having kids for a while even after you get married. You’re still young, there’s a whole life ahead of you to have kids and raise a family. But don’t blame companies for not wanting to deal with people bringing their work home and vice versa.
Those are my thoughts. I sincerely hope you got something out of this.

As far as militant feminism goes, they’re the antithesis of male chauvinists. They need to be laughed at and ignored. That’s all. People who keep screaming against male or female oppression are just not smart enough to get their way and feel that throwing a tantrum is the best way to get what they want. These are those same people who as kids were told by their doting parents that they could have anything they wanted. These people tend not to grow up and act childish throughout their lives.
If there indeed was oppression by a male or female superior, there are easier ways to deal with the situation than holding your breath and bitching about it.
