iTunes+Coverflow

Apple went ahead and put those together, so call off the horses.Looks good so far, could use some improvements, but pretty sure with user feedback, they'll fix them soon.
My favorite picture of the day:
Although, google talk's really pissing me off. The song display in the status doesn't update properly, and if I happen to close iTunes while google talk's open, it reopens iTunes. Automatically. Rage.A very big memory hog though - big change - the installer looks more like it was developed in Redmond. Acts like it too. Asks for a restart. Horrors. And those stupid processes. Just went to msconfig and got rid of them all. Bloody insufferable.
Besides, they're not fooling anyone with the album view. They got that straight off of Windows Media Player 10. Well, Media Player 10 released it first anyway.
A thought! Hey there winamp! How you doin'?
Other thoughts and screaming fits: iTunes keeps installing shortcuts in the programs menu and on the desktop and in the quick-launch toolbar every time I delete them. I had to go to the All Programs folder and Hide the iTunes and Quicktime folders to have some semblance of control over my start menu. What the hell is going on?
Further, iTunes won't open over Remote Desktop. Just because I probably left the Library in Coverflow view when I closed it. I come back on campus, go to my PC and boom, no iTunes. Error. The fudge Jobs? What'd you do?
And my favorite button of them all, the Equalizer. They removed it. There isn't even a shortcut to it. You've got to go to the menu now. The automatic sound check reduces the volume on the songs. The three new views ought to have keyboard shortcuts. Fix iT!

By wickedlizard, # 13. September 2006, 21:09:46
hmmm...
i'm not sure how.
it's pretty easy if you have a Mac... you just ... hmmmm...
you make your video/audio file, modify it however you want to, and then host it on your webpage. that's it. how you get iTunes to host your podcast, now that's a doozy. let me get back to you on that one.
zefrank's got a podcast going.
homestarrunner's gone one too.
i'd check those first.

NPR's Wait wait, don't tell me is another super-duper MUST-HAVE podcast. Mixes two of my long-time flings, trivia and improv comedy, into a weekly, hour-long radio show with Who's Line Is It Anyway?-isque consequences.
Odd Todd is podcasting eh? Should subscribe to it.
So yeah. Screw you Steve Jobs; me not upgrading as yet.

that was the intention yes

Why though, do you have to have an itunes store account (which requires a credit card by the way) to use this coverflow?? Young people spend more on music than older people with credit cards....silly, silly geeks.
I'm gonna stick with winamp for now. Actually, coverplay, a similiar app in winamp works fine. No credit cards needed.

And no. You don't need an iTunes account to use coverflow. Where in the world did you hear that?
