Other interesting features that it does support are touch screen interfaces, accelerometers, GPS, video and photo cameras and accelerated graphics. Developers can access functions like device emulators, debugging and performance profiling tools during development.

Applications like Google Mail, Google Maps or Google Search come preinstalled with the Google Android operating system which is why a Google account is required to make the most of the operating system.
