Looking for a new apartment.

Today we went to Skien to talk with the bank regarding a loan in a possible new apartment investment. After talking and running different scenario analyses with the bank for about one hour, the bank agreed to give us a loan. That means that we will be looking intensely for a new apartment the coming days, weeks and possibly months. 38 square meters just don't cut it when we are expanding to become 3 this autumn.

We have been looking at some apartments already, at least on the Internet. Hopefully, we will be able to find someone to have a look at for real too, and, possibly, purchase later on. It's very exciting and I am looking forward to getting towards and seeing the outcome.

Today's tiny and easy but very nice JavaScript.Star Trek XI - I'm prepared.

38 square meters seem a little tight even for two persons. :eyes:

I'm glad that the bank provided you the loan, and I wish you best of luck with finding the perfect apartment!

Thank you! (And wow! You're a fast one!)

I will try to get pictures once it's been decided. We aim to get 60++ square meters in whatever apartment we find. Of course, the more the merrier, but it has to be nice, somewhat central (or at least connected to the world), be children friendly and, of course, AWESOME!

And it will be awesome, no doubt about that! :headbang:

I was just cleaning my watch list and you happened to show up in top of it, so there you go...

I'm looking forward to pictures as always.

I should post pictures more often. Hopefully I'll send in a couple tomorrow if it'll be as nice weather as it was today. Was it nice in Denmark too?

Yes, it has been very nice weather for some weeks now. I enjoy it immensely!

It's been nice here too, but by far the perhaps best day today. Was 22 degrees Celsius in the shadow at 1930. It was awesome!

Yesterday was warmer than today, but Monday has been the best and warmest day this week. I think it was 20-22 C during day by then. I agree with you - it's awesome when spring is like this.

We've had our share of snow, so it's very nice when it's pwetty weather like this. :3 (I always wanted to try that smiley... I like it!)
