New games for my Nintendo DS

,

Today has been a relaxing but still exhausting day. We woke up at about 1000, which is quite early for a Saturday. Used about one hour to wake properly up and then we went in to the city. I traded my new USB memory stick for a new one, since it seemed like the memory stick was dysfunctional. I haven't tried the new one yet, but I suppose I'll try it out later on.

Then we went around the city where Anniken purchased some items, until we got to EB Games. Here we looked through the pre played games, where I found Final Fantasy XII for 379 NOK. For the record, €1 is about 8 NOK and $1 is about 5.5 NOK. Just to be sure what the bargain was, I looked at the unused games, and I grinned when I saw that the price for the unused version of the game was 249 NOK. That's 120 NOK in difference, but the wrong way. Naturally I chose the unused game, and I also purchased an unused copy of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. The pre played version of Zelda costed 379 NOK as well, but since the unused version costed 399 NOK I figured what the hell and purchased the untouched version. Who knows where the previous player might have had that game...

In addition Anniken got herself Spyro for Wii for the small sum of 169 NOK, unused. So we're going to have a weekend of gaming. p:

So far I am impressed by Zelda. There's little I have to complain about it, except that my hand gets incredibly tired from holding the console. Not the pen, no -- the console. As Druskq said: It's not made for our anatomy.

I will probably scramble down some thoughts about Zelda when I get further into the game. I have only gotten to Isle of Gust now, so I assume that I have quite some playing left.

Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings still lies unopened...

Nintendo DS!

Anniken insisted that I should open my birthday present, eventhough it's still 3 weeks until my birthday. It was a shame to "just have it stored". And what was it? We opened, and it was a splendid red Nintendo DS, and to top things off she'd also purchased Final Fantasy VI Advance. :D
