In todays world due to the media and other misconceptions, the far right has hijacked the word ‘Pro life‘ when it comes to abortions. Pro life in their sense means a life is a life from intercourse, but is this really the case?
I like to call myself pro life because I believe its wrong to end a human life at all cost, but I am all for abortion. People like to think its a person from fertilization, but is it really? I believe its wrong to end the life if it produces thoughts.
Our bodies are tools, shells if you will, controlled by us, which is the brain. We produce thoughts to control movement, speech, dreams, its all what we are and shall be. So when dose a baby produce thoughts?
I ask this because recently a premature baby was born at 25 weeks in the UK, even though it had problems it still could think, create movement. In the UK the abortion limit is 24 weeks, in light of this story is that too long to wait?
When dose a baby (in the womb) is able to think properly? Whats the cap should we have on abortions? So many question I would love for someone to answer them.
Please note: No matter what, I am all for abortions at any stage in the pregnancy, if the mothers life is at risk.
