Benefits of using your time wisely

Time is one resource that' is not in abundant supply which you must learn to use wisely, everyone no matter how great or small has been given the same number of hours each day, but what you do with yours is what's important.. Moses had this in mind when he prayed to the Lord ''teach us to number our days'' a better translation of that is ''teach us to prepare or schedule our day."
when you wake up in the morning, don't just roll off your bed and stumble blindly into the day. Schedule your tasks for the day and stay focused. Trust the holy spirit to guide you into prioritizing your daily activities. Ask Him to help you save time, and you' d discover how much you' re able to accomplish for the kingdom on a daily basis. Then, your life will become productive, effective and progressive.
At the start of your day, spend quality time to fellowship with the Holy spirit in prayer and in the word. Ask Him to guide you as you schedule your activities for the day . Write out everything you have to do and allot time to them , giving priority to those tasks that are most important in achieving your goals. Throughout the day, keep track of your time; don't get distracted from the things you've purpose to do. At the end of the day, while reviewing the day's accomplishments you'd discover that you achieved so much, and your heart will be filled with gratitude to God.
Learn to use your time wisely; it will give you the advantage by placing you ahead. Remember that life's got no extra time, so make every day count by doing only those things that'll improve your life, and advance the kingdom of God.

Benefit of forgiving others
I am puting this up for those that do not agree with my friend that When you forgive, you 're the one who benefits. Not to forgive places you at a serious disadvantages and as a child of releaseing heart. You should act like your sister, who never recalls your offences. The first benefit of forgiving others is that you keep the door firmly closed against the devil. When you don't forgive, you open the way for bitterness and malice, both of which are satan's key to entering a person's life

Fireside
Many years ago, the hippopotamus, whose name was osaritin was one of the biggest kings on the land. He
was second to elephant. The hipopotamus had seven wives whom he loved very much and were all very faithful to him.
From time to time, the hipopotamus used to organize a big feast for all his subjects in the locality where he lived. Many of his subjects always looked forward to this feast, bc there was always much to eat and drink, with a lot of dancing and other forms of merriment.
On one of the such occasion, the hipopotamus called his subjects together and said "every time, you assemble here you eat my food and drink my drinks and dance to my bands without even knowing my real name. Today, no one would eat my food and drink my drink without first of all telling me my name" .
Each animal looked at the other and shook their heads. Of a truth, none of them realy knew the name of the hipopotamus. As they could not guess his name, they all went home disappointed but the tortoise remained behind. He asked the hipopotamus what he would do for him if he guessed his name correctly. The hipopotamus promise thing he had on the land.
It was the custom of hipo' and his 7 wives to go down to the river every morning and evening to bathe and have their drink. Then one day tortoise made a hole in the middle of the path leading to the river and hid himself in the hole and waited there .In fact he half buried himself in the hole leaving most of his shell above the ground. As hipopotamus and his wives were returning from the river , the first wife hit her leg on the tortoise shell and screamed, calling her husband "osaritin, come
quickly i have hit my leg on some strange object and it hurts. Tortoise was very happy because through the hipopo wife's speech, he had been able to know the hipopotamus name. Then at the next feast hipopo repeated the same thing he said at the last feast. Tortoise stood up and said promise me you will not kill me if i should tell you ur real name. Hipopotamus even promised every thing he get with on the land.
Your name is osaritin said by tortoise, there was a loud cheer from the other animals when hipopo confirmed that that was indeed his name. There was a great feast and all the animals sat down to eat drink and be merry. When the feast was over, the hipopotamus and his wives went down to live in the river as he promise, leaving his land, his house and everything for mr tortoise. And you can never see any of them on the land during the day. $(what moral lessons or other lessons have you learnt from this story?.
