Y-Haplogroup J in Greece

Population exchange between Greece and Turkey
The 1923 population exchange between Greece and Turkey....involved some two million people.
The "Convention Concerning the Exchange of Greek and Turkish Populations" was signed at Lausanne, Switzerland, on 30 January 1923, by the governments of Greece and Turkey.
Over a 1.500.000 Christian Orthodox Turks from Asia Minor, Anatolia and Eastern Thrace were moved to Aegean part of Macedonia-Northern Greece.
Pontians "Greeks" are orthodox south caucasians , being a bit mixed with Turks and settled nowadays in Aegean part of Macedonia-Northern Greece.
Karamanli's are Turkish Orthodox people having been deported to Greece, just because they were Orthodox too.
Turks also sent Gagauz (Turks) because wanted no longer any Hristiyan. They are real descendent of Central Asian Turks having converted to Orthodoxy. Greeks consider them as the theirs as they tell us that we're nothing more than convert "Greeks".
complete bs. yes today, Turks are the closest ones to Hittites and Lydians. But these people were not Greeks, and Greeks colonized them with Iskender and co.
Modern Greeks have nothing to do with Ancient Anatolians, unless the rape of their culture.
Etruscans (ancestor of Romans) were just from Lydia too.

The presence of Y-Haplogroup J in Shqiptars is easily explicable.

With the comming of the Arabs, they converted the Old Albanians (Caucasus) in the 8th century to Islam. But meanwhile, at the time, the Arabs were waging campaigns in Sicily,...
In order to populate their part of Sicily, the Arabs brought with them Old Albanians from the Caucasus. To this day, their descendants live in Sicily.

Then in 1042,Georgius Maniakos brought Albanian mercenaries from Sicily to fight the Serbs and they settled in two waves in modern day Albania, first the mercanaries came, and then came the women and children.

Shqiptars are first mentioned during the Ottoman Empire.
They are brought by the Turks as a response to the uprising of Macedonians, because they were no mercy to all Christians.
