I have been busy lately with new patterns from Lion Brand. A friend of mine is expecting a baby around January 20th. I am going to host a baby shower (don't tell her) and have already begun buying baby clothes and an assortment of random girl accessories. Her sonogram revealed a girl, let’s pray it stays that way!! Pink, pink and more pink!!

Yesterday my sister and I took the kids out to the park and the city was setting up for a ‘Fall Celebration’ type thing. This is an event held each year to welcome fall, they hold concerts and there are different vendors and activities geared mainly towards children during the light hours. In the evening they hold concerts for the adults hosted by random beer companies. Wiiii fun! Needless to say, we took full advantage by roaming around aimlessly, snapping pics and enjoying the afternoon.
