[/IMG]Wow, I haven't done question of the day in a long while...ok so here goes.

When someone writes you an email asking you to be their friend, (typically male 18-105 with English not their first language) do they mean they want to be your friend or your friend?

In my past experience...they usually want to be my friend.

Yeah...usually they mean more than just a friend.

Since I'm being prescribed narcotic pain killers, I had to sign a contract stating that I wouldn't do any drugs other than the ones I've been prescribed. I even have to get the OK for Tylenol!

It's a pain in the ass, but worth it to have my pain not quite so bad. They can do random UA's on me, too!

I hope that your pain killers are working for you..I can't believe that they made you sign a contract! I guess they are covering every ass around just incase, right? Well yeah that blows...

You're right though. Most of them probably wants to be "friends". Not friends. Although sometimes it's pretty hard to understand what, exactly, they are saying.

The best one was a guy from another country asking not only me, but another Opera member (you know who you are) to marry him. And get this, we looked at his blog, and he had posted a picture of his wife.

'angle', their 'beutiful friend'. Would be wonderful words to someone who likes getting unsolicited affection.

Most are pretty much harmless. I would worry more about the ones that didn't say anything!!

Sandy...I wish I could understand the thoughts of men. Men say that they can't figure us women out..but the truth is...their brain is not geared to figure us out...or (I think) to even understand a hint when one is given. I feel sorry for that guy's wife, I am sure she is married to a major flirt.
Maybe she is used to it?
