Sarah, that is a very good question, it depends if that friend will want to or not than if the friend wants to it will take time. I pray that it will all work out in time. heart

Sometimes its safer to let a hornets nest be.. sometimes not.. depends on the person I guess..

I would say, apologize sincerely, tell them that you hope that they will be forgiving and give you another chance, then show them how you are trying to earn back the trust. I think it's much easier for a person to get past it if they realize you recognize that you shouldn't have done it.

H82typ Monday, December 10, 2007 11:49:13 AM

Yes,Sarah. What they said. Realize, though, it's going to take a long time to get a certain level of trust back. You also may never enjoy the same amount of trust from that person. *hugs*

Hummm, I have a lot to think about. Maybe it is not 're-gainable' But then again....I never lose faith..and I never give up on certain things so I will keep trying. up

Just so long as you realize that, "Once bitten, twice shy" is not just an old saying.

Sarah Dreamsangel292005 Monday, December 10, 2007 12:38:23 PM

It is not like it was a one sided thing....I think that this person was also in the wrong...I don't want to rehash things, but I am sure they knew it. Oh I am not pressing it at all. I will 'let nature take its course'

H82typ Monday, December 10, 2007 12:47:43 PM

Ok. If you need a hand, and think I can help, let me know.

Sarah Dreamsangel292005 Monday, December 10, 2007 1:02:16 PM

Maybe if you show that you can be the adult and take responsibility for your part, the other person will step up and take responsibility for theirs too. I'm not sure it would be of value, but just an thought.

Sarah Dreamsangel292005 Tuesday, December 11, 2007 12:55:44 AM

MarcusFXM256 Tuesday, December 11, 2007 2:02:44 AM
