everyday life of a stay at home mom/artist

just stuff...thoughts on today

, , , , ,

Lately I have been knitting and crocheting soooo much, but the thing is...I start a project
and "almost always never" finish them. Is that saying something about me? Oh well...as soon
as I have a project finished I will post the pics promptly. up Ok...so yeah...today I was
drinking so much damn coffee that I got all hyper and even had a little anxiety. I'm lying.
It was A LOT of anxiety. down So I tried to stay busy to keep the edge of the anxiety
attack off of my back....I feel much better now...after drinking lots of water!

It seems lately I have been having a ton of anxiety attacks...and I think it is because I
was worried about my health. But I received my blood test results back and it seems I am
fine. I sometimes worry for no reason. rolleyes It is also because I procrastinate!

Admitting is the first step to recovery!!

gotta go

I'm really happy to hear that you got a clean bill of health! yes I know how horrible anxiety can feel, so I'm really sorry to hear that you're having to deal with it lately. It's good that you've got things you enjoy doing to help keep your mind off of it. Even if you don't finished some projects, that's okay...they're not going anywhere. You can always finish them some other time. The fact that you start them in the first place is what's important!

Love you, my BFF! heart

We'd like to see the knitting & crocheting projects when you are done with them. smile Do more of the things that you love and that should help get rid of the anxiety. Also drinking some chamomile tea and being around positive people will help also. Feel better soon smile
