After I dropped off the cake yesterday I went to the local sports store and bought a really good pair of Nike running shoes so I could be comfortable when I go for my walks!
The other day I wore my 8 or 9 year old runners and had to limp most of the way home...they were toast!
So...yay! I have some fancy shmancy Nike's that were on for 1/2 price!
& I hope your bro can fix you up soon!
I am soon going to be getting another puter with HIGH Speed!!!

You just mix however much you want to make with an equal amount of milk. I always use soy milk...it's so good and doesn't give me a stomach ache like regular milk does. One carton makes about 2 quarts, so I just make a pitcher of the stuff! You oughta treat yourself to some!
