A cold morning back to school!
Monday, 5. January 2009, 16:59:40
I started the van and turned the heater on low and all the defrost buttons I could push, were pushed. I sat, with all my layers on, and let the windows slowly defrost....listening to my thoughts. I prayed for the day and for everyone to feel blessed and safe. What do you think of while alone with nothing else going on? Do you close your eyes for some deep breathing and visualization? For me, I defiantly take the time to relax and recharge for a moment.

Oh! Amir just imed me a link to the forum that is hosting a contest. I am sorry, Amir, I am not too keen on what it is exactly...but hopefully you will get a few clicks from my link here. (this is for those interested in graphic art work)
Back to the girls, they all seemed pretty excited to get back and visit with their friends.
Bye all! Make it a great day!
I was inspired by this post to write. A completely random pick from Twittermoms.com.

Hi Sarah!
Thanks for visiting my blog, and for the link :-)
Wow, I don't know how you do it with four kids - I take my hat off to you! My hands are full with two, lol.
I hope the first day back went well for you guys - so far so good for us. My son is back home with me now and we're off to pick up his big sister soon.
Have a great day!
Jeanne

We don't have any but our neice (13) & nephew (15) lived with us for 9 weeks & omg, it did not go well. It wasn't for lack of trying on our part!
When I'm alone I pray or try to remember my schedule for the day. Bad short term memory & all...

I don't mind if they blog starting at about the age of 15...as long as they don't talk about things like I did with my mother today..how when I was a teen I was invited to a party where there was a bong as big as the living room that a guy built.

I can't imagine trying to raise another person's children. I know it can be done, but I wouldn't want to be the person doing it.

Perhaps some people are simply born with a understanding of politics.

This man was overdue to retire. I am all for a safe bus ride...but these are KIDS afterall!
My kids have been warned that if they do NOT sit still on the bus "I" will deal with them properly. They know I mean business. Especially on snowy roads..but this bus driver was extreme...
Sorry bout that rant..
Hope your girls can work it out to not beat on each other on the bus....
Happy New Year to you Sarah! Be Blessed!!

To answer your question, what I do when I'm all alone with my thoughts is sit and stew about everything I feel guilt for. This is exactly why I hate being alone in silence. It never ever happens. I, at least, need music on or something.
I hope your Mom's feeling better by now!
I've missed you soooo much lately! Your blog looks freakin' adorable. I love what you've done with it..and your menu items...the colors...patterns...etc!!!
Okay, I will shut up now. It's just been so long that I've been over here on your blog that I can't stop babbling. Imagine that!
Love you!
