My OperaDance Your Ass Off

Ok, there is this new show coming on named "Dance Your Ass Off."
It's simply about taking obese people and having them dance weekly. Whoever does the best job will get to stay on the show and stay another week to dance again. The BONUS in this, is they lose weight along the way.
I am so going to watch this show because the entertainment value (on a scale of 1 to 10) is going to be 10!
I just know it!
These people are so ballsy for going on the show and dancing their ass off in front of the world! But honestly, why? Why wouldn't they just get on the treadmill at home? Go to the gym and work out? Must they always be paid to lose weight?
At least "The Biggest Loser" was straight forward. Instead of having all that "EXTRA" as my daughter would say it.
Ok ok, there is no way to explain in words what I am laughing about. So guess what?! I have pics!
Remember...this show starts TOMORROW Monday, June 29 10/9 central on the Oxygen channel.
WHO can do this? Skinny or not?!?

Let's hope not! It's just sort of weird the way they presented the show...in a making fun of way...but it was funny. I wouldn't get my fat ass up there!

Speaking of 78 year old women, has anyone else noticed (and I'm going to cop flack for this) that Ellen DeGeneres dances like a constipated 90 year old? I mean, good on her for expressing herself, getting up there and not being afraid to lose herself in the moment - it's more than I would do - but she's like a drunk Bill Cosby trying to run an obstacle course!

I always thought she had a free style about herself. She does sort of hunch but I think it works for her in some weird way. I don't watch Ellen, myself. I did at one point in my life when there was NOTHING else on the tele while I was waiting for the kids to come home from school.
I wonder how her ratings are doing?
