Most of our things are in boxes except for the essentials like toilet paper, some clothes on hangers, and clean underpants!

So...the big day is coming soon! I had all services transfered. Gosh, I am so proud of myself for planning ahead.

Yesterday my daughter and I went to Michael's to pick up some new things. I am excited about decorating! I have already dropped most of my old decorations off at Goodwill.

I should get rid of more, just to make the move easier. I have had some of this stuff for 14 years now.

I am so SICK of it and plus we need a change.

So...here's a "joke"....or a RULE for most women.

Don't forget it fellas!

Our new apartment didn't have a storage room like the old one. I donated a carload of items to Goodwill. It was amazing what was just sitting in storage and we never used it.

Brian, There are a lot of people like you also having tons of things in storage. I know this is a little mean, but a friend of mine had her storage broken into and everything taken. I told her it was the best thing to happen....no more storage fee.

I don't know, really. Ummm the girls have their books and toys and things and clothes...dressers...

We have all of our stuff...I mean...there were so many decorations and DVDs of all things....And we have been slowly packing for 2 weeks...

The move has worn us out completely. We worked very hard to get all of the things moved over to the apt. There was less 'room' but more closet space strangely. I think. Or I am hallucinating from tiredness.

Oooh! I didn't realize that you'd been packing for a couple weeks.

I'm sure you're totally pooped. Moving is a HUGE thing...it's life changing. Now that it's all in there, don't worry about how fast it gets unpacked. Just take your time and don't over-do it.
