This beach is full of oil, the crest of the waves coming in are brown.... a little girl has oil on her feet and cries "mommy I don't want it on my feet"
It enrages me that this woman didn't pack her kids up and leave the beach. INSTEAD, let's stick around and play in it!!! yey!!!
