Beginning to Go Back..........

Dear Me, Dear You,

I have decided to do this. I hope I didn't chose a bad time to start it! Being that I am in the middle of finding a new place to live!
Ultimate Blog Challenge <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<that
The Ultimate Blog Challenge, basically you are encouraged to blog for a month straight. Somehow I am
doubtful that I can make this happen...but I will certainly try.

This has made me really think about the days that I would sit down and blog here on My.Opera. Visiting other blogs and having someone comment on my own was like the highlight of my day! Good thing about having a blog...it's not like Facebook! You don't get distracted by games or whose birthday it is!!

Not that I don't love a birthday...yey for that! But it's much nicer to mail a card than to 'type' HAPPY BIRTHDAY (RANDOM PERSON)!!!......on their poor 10101010000101111010101010101 Facebook Wall! To be forever remembered in cyber space. o_O

OMG I am so shocked right now...I have been able to write more than a few words. wink Facebook has me scarred for life.

My daughter Rachael is in the living room with her fiance and the baby. They were talking so loud today that I wanted to put on earphones and just totally zone out. I love doing that. heart And I listen to 'chill' music on YouTube. Right now I have on http://youtu.be/BUdjqbMVJMs (if you like Arabic and Indian music) then take a listen.

I don't know why my closet light is on. That irritates the crap out of me when people leave lights on in the house...and either my husband or daughter just walked in and looked in my closet! What the heck?? Anywho......Oh I hear a song that Fatimah has on her blog! Oh my...this brings back memories...

cry The emotion in this music moves me...

Monday my great aunt Dorothy passed away. sad She was one of the sweetest people that I knew in this whole world. When we were younger, she bought myself and my brothers new shoes....Her husband, John Elam, survives her. I am not sure but I think they were married for 50+ years....I know more than 50.

God Bless them.

coffee I hear my grandson crying. I still can't believe I have a grandson. wink Whoa...I'm like sooo old!!!!!!

Love,
Sarah

Lovely indeed to read of your grandson... you are still a young grandmother and your page shines with love and happiness and youthful expression of your hope and contentment and joy. Way to go, young Sarah! wink

Hugs and all best wishes to you and yours... and thanks for the memories and for what we all shared, way back when blogs were Journals in Opera and then became blogs. smile

So sorry for your loss, Sarah. heart

Having grandkids doesn't make you old. You'll find that as they get older, you feel younger, rediscovering with them all the things they are discovering for the first time. You're gonna lovelovelove this.

Glad to see you back, and looking so forward to your posts. I've missed you!
