Over Past Couple of Days
*Made hair accessories
*made granola
*made caramel popcorn
*finally posted Nutella pic

Preparing for granola....mixing the oats with sugar, and cinnamon. On the stove I warmed oil and honey and mixed in with oats, spread on baking sheet and baked at 300 F for 40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.

Cooked up 5 quarts of popcorn for caramel popcorn.....melted 1 cup of butter, 2 cups of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of light corn syrup on stove, boiled with out stirring for 4 minutes, took off heat and mixed in 1 teaspoon of baking soda and vanilla. Poured over popcorn, mixed, baked on baking sheet for 1 hour at 250 F, stirring every 15 minutes.

Finished product of caramel popcorn...the kids took bags to school...they loved it.
