TLC's "I Can Make You Thin"

I watched "I Can Make You Thin" last night on TLC. I really liked the ideas that Paul McKenna had to offer. I am going to TRY it and see what happens! I really love the idea of his 4 golden rules of eating that he introduced last night...
1.When you are hungry, EAT.
2.Eat what you want, not what you think you should.
3.Eat CONSCIOUSLY and enjoy every mouthful
4.When you think you are full, STOP eating.
Now, this does sound like an easy thing...but you really need to go to the site to fully understand the details of each rule. Making yourself follow the rules each and every time the KEY to success in losing weight. I started a new diet at the new year and I have been successful in losing weight. But only at the rate of 2 lbs a week. I think that is the healthiest way to go.
