Ok, just some thoughts that I really need to get off my chest....

First of all....I turned up my air so as to try and save on the electricity bill, also I am harassing the girls to keep all the lights and tv off when not in use and don't stand with the door open so forth and so on.
Secondly, hahahah, I don't know who can relate to this but...does anyone watch Cartoon Network, Disney, or Nick?? Well, you know how addictive these cartoons are to our children. BUT the Public Broadcasting Station has 'Authur', 'Magic Schoolbus' etc. You know, the educational type cartoons!! LOL (the ones that they hate)
Last night while their father was out, the girls wouldn't listen to me, they ran amuck and went to bed late....so for punishment today I calmly told them, "You may not watch TV unless it is PBS." They were so devastated, poor babies!!!
Guess where they were all afternoon after school? In the backyard in the pool!!! Hurray!! Swimming and being active, I believe it makes the brain work better, so they can 'think' about misbehaving again. Yes, I know this is not much punishment compared to when we were children. But you have to know that this is the video game, cartoon network, computer generation! They don't get out, THAT MUCH. Ok?? Sadly, but yes.
This is the show from PBS that they hate, lol!!!
