thoughts...

[/IMG]I am sitting here at 9 pm...the new year is 3 hours away. I am wondering what all of my Opera friends are doing....drinking? sleeping? out dancing? watching tv and having a relaxing evening as myself?

Just a few thoughts......
*I cut my bangs today
*I went walking
*we finally bought a tv stand for that damn plasma
*I just drank a strawberry lime aid! bigsmile
*now I am eating yummy Sonic Ice with bits of strawberry and lime in it.
*watched the movie "Just Like Heaven" today....2 times! (damn good movie by the way)
*listening to kids laugh right now
*uploading a video to YouTube for a friend's only post
*organized my bills today!
*found out that I have a HIGH electric bill. down
*REFUSE to make New Year's resolutions
*went to the grocery store earlier with my daughter and her friend
*we bought a bunch of junk to so they could stay up and 'party'
*but only spent $22.00 up
*oh yeah we went to car wash today! up up (I love the smell of a clean car)
*took the car and got an oil change
*did about 4 loads of laundry
*only drank 2 cups of coffee
*I think chocolate is the cause of my heartburn so I am swearing it off.
*my husband loves Reese's down
*video just finished uploading smile
*got paint swatches for daughter's room (she wants pink and brown)
*anddddddddddd I can think of no more!


I wish all of you the BEST for 2008. I wish that you have health, happiness and family that is close..even just close enough to respect your wishes. I wish that you stop and smell the fresh air, gaze at the sky, know that it was created by a higher power, let tears fall when they must, find happiness in the small things, cherish something small, receive and give gestures of love and live life to the fullest that YOU want it to be.

Well, when you were writing this, Lonnie, Sunny, & I were in a store called Fred Meyer (Don't know if you have them there...it's like a super Wal-Mart...but more expensive - it's the closest store to our house.) shopping for pizza, chips, beer, and wine coolers. yes Sunny spent some of her Christmas money on a body pillow and a new alarm clock that projects the time up on the ceiling. It's so cool that Lonnie and I bought one, too! bigsmile

I hope you guys all have a wonderful New Year! I really want to call you, but I don't know what time is too late. I wish I'd have thought of it earlier! Oh well...some other time. yes

2007 was a wonderful year for one major reason. There are a few reasons, but the biggest and best reason is that I met my BFF in 2007. heart I don't know what I'd do without you, and am so happy and lucky to have met you. With you as my BFF, I know that 2008 and all the years to come will be the best years of my life! Thanks once again for your unconditional and true friendship. I love you! love Happy New Year! party

Awesome about the alarm clock! The twins have one that they just love (and I love because it wakes them up!) lol Oh yey a body pillow, good for her, I want one too. hehehehe A lot of nights I am falling asleep by myself because of our different schedules so that would be nice to snuggle with a body pillow. Congrats to her smile

Thanks for the wishes. heart Yeah we can talk soon, you can ask any of my friends and family...I am not a huge 'talking on the phone person' but when I get on the phone, it is hard to get me off of there. hehehe. My sister called me earlier and asked if I wanted to go out...uhh....just not in the mood. I was over the whole 'going out' thing at about 25. lol Thanks for being there for me as well. You really are a wonderful BFF and I knew it when I first saw you that we
would be great friends. (or I was hoping) smile

I did something I hadn't done before yesterday..ever. I went on a trail ride on my new horse..Dozer.
It was awesome! I conquered some major fears! Yay!
Last night was great too...we just bought a load of snacks and rented 2 video's.. Pirates of the Caribbean 3 and SpiderMan 3.
We all rang in the New Year...and then went to bed. Pretty low key.
I am really glad that there was no alcohol...leaves out that gross feeling the next day.. rolleyes
