On a Thursday

I figured out today that what breaks....can be fixed.....in one way or the other.

5.First it was the cable internet router....(that also insures we have phone service)

4.Then it was the plumbing.....(which started last night)

3. A dead battery

2. Two sick kids

And a partridge in a pear tree......

No, instead I am taking care of a child who is still not feeling well today. Laundry catch up...can you imagine doing laundry for 4 girls?

Ohh yea! lol, Did your family use those cloth diapers that you have to rinse in the toilet before soaking in bleach? My mother told me about having to do that, and my aunt actually used those about 20 years ago. But disposable diapers are so popular now, I don't think women would actually know how to use the cloth.

Yes in the beginning we used a lot of them. The modern ones almost created amoniac damps on my poor childrens butts...so we used cloth which seemed to be much healthier...And we changed them so often and so rapidly that they got themselves clean in no time:)
But you´re right. I remember using the toiletbrush to scrape the cloth dipers

And I remember holding a corner of the diper while flushing the toilet...it almost always took it all...and then after that..directly in the washing mashine. once every fourtnight we boiled all the dipers in a big pot:lol: :rolleyes:Jeezz

I agree though, the cloth is much healthier! Plastic diapers...so easy to use...but not for the earth...

No, it was so weird, it just quit heating...we checked the breakers..cleaned out the back of the dryer..

But no burning smell...

That is what I am thinking...going to have the 'repair man' come and take a look. We actually purchased it from a place that is going to come over for free and look at it. But I have a feeling that we are going to have to replace something...it is never simple with us.
