After an hour of installing, three restarts, one unplanned pause and yet more restarts I have finally got the C# Web development environment installed. And I am starting to think I might need to install it on a different computer, because otherwise the laptop will have to remain running all the time.

But still - it will give me something to play with for the next few days, to see if I do want to write it in this format or a basic client app.
