Over the past couple of months I made my first podcast version of a Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement®
® Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® and have been playing with a really simple little video camera called the Flip Ultra Video Cam. a couple of very short clips are shown on my .mac blog.

Also included in the video clips are some shots of the renovations to date on the smaller of our two bedrooms, vacated by my younger son in December when he got his own apartment and by his belongings, in February.

MS Walk, home improvement, Podcast
It's been quite some time between posts.
Matthew, our younger son, moved out to his own apartment in early in December. However, he didn't decide which of his belongings he was taking to the new digs or get around to actually moving them until February.
So that meant another round of what? Home Improvement Projects!!
I painted the floors; touched up paint on the walls. David helped me to empty and organize the closet; move the bookcases that remained; install new drapery rods and drapery panels. We then moved the computer and desk in from its former spot in the front hall. I've been able to set up my Feldenkrais® table in the room and have given lessons there for several weeks.
We can now also use that room to welcome guests.
This has helped us in our never ending war against clutter and entropy.
Of course, there followed several weeks of severe fatigue.

I've also just registered as a participant in this year's MS Walk Event and sent out my annual fundraising appeal letter.
This year I've registered as a "Virtual Walker" just in case I'm not quite up to it either because of physical difficulties or terrible weather, but if possible I'll be there in "real time".
