Surface ripples in a deep and murky pool

Over the past couple of months I made my first podcast version of a Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement®^® Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® and have been playing with a really simple little video camera called the Flip Ultra Video Cam. a couple of very short clips are shown on my .mac blog.
