Shareware is Your Friend!

I'm a big fan of "shareware" and like to support the efforts of talented people who develop software and make it available at nominal prices to others. A free trial of the software is usually available. I really believe that such people should be encouraged.
One of my favorites is DigitalFriedChicken, the maker of such products as: CookWare Deluxe, BarWare Deluxe, CarCare, Medical Records, SafeDog, SafeCat and Store House. Software products to help you get organized and take care of your family.
DigitalFriedChicken makes a number of database software products, including one for recording vehicle maintenance, magazine article organizer, recipe organizer, restaurant reviews, system for cataloging collections, pet record management, medical record management and a bar guide to help your bartending skills.
Over a number of years I bought two versions of the Safe Dog software, which I use to organize and track medical records and expenses for my assistance dog. This program can be used for one dog or for a kennel. There is also one for cats.
Article Archivist is another interesting piece of software that is useful for organizing magazine and book references. It is easy to use and customizable.
