Liz Hickok's Jell-O San Francisco

这是一座色彩缤纷而又与众不同的旧金山的城市雕塑，因为它全部是用果冻做成的，作者Liz Hickok是一位在旧金山从事摄影、录影、雕塑、装饰、工作的艺术家。

她很多的公共艺术作品在美国各地展出,并列入国际收藏，包括(Yerba Buena Center for the Arts)亚巴布纳艺术中心和(San Jose Art Museum)圣荷西艺术博物馆。并且她还被以纽约时报为母体的(HARPER'S Magazine)哈泼斯月刊列入《美食家》(Gastronomica)食品艺术专栏。
