Its about Absurd plays. Its more on the philosophical aspect. There is no purpose of these plays. Spiritual/Metaphysical existance of man is useless. The presence of emptiness is very prominent. It talks about futility. No faith in god. It doesnt have any beginning, thr is no plot, no theme, has no proper story. Thr is no progression in the story... I mean the idea itself is so dam Absurd!!! Hw the hell cn u have a picnic in a battlefield.. Suppose to b very serious. But in the play...the characters have no seriousness among them! The characters r in the incomprehensive manner. One of the main feature of these absurd plays is 'silence'. The lines of the story r put in the very vague manner. Thr is no order in the characters. In the battlefield, they r having fun!! Their conversation jus simply makes no sense!!! It is rather stupid.
