"Send your name to Mars" is the title of an advertising initiative of NASA, the U.S. aerospace agency, through which subscribers can get his name and nationality simply compiling a formail.
The information will be included in a chip that will be placed in the Mars Science Laboratory Rover which will start from the Earth in 2011, led the Red Planet.
