Inkscape 0.47 space optimization

The roadmap declares that Inkscape 0.47 is a refactoring/ code cleanup. After the last additions now the developers optimised various preferences dialogs taken now less space.

that's awesome. that's always been a beef of mine with Inkscape, especially on my laptop--screen space always got chewed up by a whole lot of unused/unnecessary chrome.
