the spelling is "lose", not "loose" :-)
but whatever. yeah, backups are very valuable. I take a long paranoid time to set up backups because I've managed to lose some stuff despite having backups.

I haven't used any of those programs, I prefer clonezilla, a livecd linux distro which allows me to keep an identical backup copy.
