Monthly FontForge Update: 20081115

A new monthly release of the powerful, cross platform font editor FontForge is available. FontForge will now use libpango (drawing opentype, anti-aliased text)/ libcairo(draw anti-aliased lines) if they are present. And again a lot of smaller improvements, bugfixes and translation updates.
