A new monthly release of the powerful, cross platform font editor FontForge. Again a lot of Bugfixes, smaller improvements and new translations. Read the change log for details.
What I'm missing are news about the progress of the GTK port.

I'm not sure who to ask, but since you're on the subject of fonts, have you heard any news about a possible upcoming release of FontExplorer X for Windows? It's the only free professional font manager system I know of but, apart from a temporary release of a Beta version for Windows, it's only available for Mac. Or do you know of another font management system suitale for production-level use?
