I must admit it took a while until I found the place where the new creative kit is. So if you're still looking for it here's where to find it:

Go to Google+
Log in
Go to your profile
Click the photos tab in your profile
Click one of your photos
Click on it again until you're in a page where the background turns black
Click on the Edit link below your photo - there's the Creative Kit.
