Virgie Arthur Explained! Do you blame her?

Reading my daily blogs, I couldn't help notice that Virgie Arthur is being dumped on, because of her custody battle with Larry Birkhead. (Birkhead was proven to be the biological father of Anna Nicole's baby). Who can blame Grandma Virgie for her actions?

In six short months this woman suddenly and unexpectedly lost her grandson Daniel (who she did help raise) and her daughter! I would venture to say it would put anyone in the mode and mindset of cautious! Not to mention that Howard K Stern, was using her grandchild to get as much money as he could! He knew he was not Danni-Lyn's father.
I think that Virgie Arthur is after assurance for the only surviving child of Anna Nicole and Virgie's only tie left to Anna and Daniel! Do you blame her? Who is to say that something won't mysteriously happen to Larry Birkhead! The problem Virgie has is she doesn't know if Larry will live out all his days without incident! Virgie knows with her own recent loss of two of her loved ones ( who were quite young to die) that there never is a guarantee of long life!
I think Virgie wants the custody she is seeking, not to intrude on Larry Birkhead's parental rights and not to take over! She is trying to make sure that if anything should happen to Larry Birkhead, the legal battle that both Larry and Virgie had to go through with Howard K Stern will not happen again! I think that Virgie is quite a fabulous grandmother and I think that she seeks those assurances to help protect her granddaughter. I also think that Virgie knows what can happen as she was once a police officer! Police officer's see more then we can ever imagine on a daily basis!
Larry Birkhead is a journalist and goes on the road. He is looking for a nanny! Why? Larry has his family members and Virgie to help him with Danni-Lyn! In my opinion, the blood family would be the better guardians in his absence! Instead of Larry getting a Nanny he should set up his home base near his own family! Danni-Lyn needs stability in her life and family structure, not a stranger and not a nanny!
I think that this case could be settled very easily. Virgie agrees not to intrude or try to take over as long as Larry is present. Larry agrees to allow Danni-Lyn to be cared for by her living blood relatives only in his absence! Precious grandparent time should be set up. All of Danni-Lyn's family members should be invited for special events! Normal communication with her other relatives should be entwined in Danni-Lyn's life! What should be set up legally is that both sets of grandparents and/or aunts/uncles from both sides would become the legal guardians in the event that Larry Birkhead parishes. I see nothing wrong with Virgie Arthur's request, nor do I find her out of line or hideous!
It is important that Larry Birkhead realize that Virgie has unsettled feelings because of what she lost and she only seeks to protect their mutual family member who they all love. (Birkhead, his family and Virgie and her family).
Howard K Stern needs to be removed!!! from Danni-Lyn's life! He has done nothing for this child but use her as a pawn for money!
Some folks argue that Virgie and Anna were not speaking! Virgie and others( friends) have advised that Anna did call them, when Howard was not around! I am more willing and inclined to believe MOM, then Howard! Somebody with Anna Nicole's problems and specifically when she lost her son; it would stand to reason and is even logical that a girl will turn to her family! Even if they had not been speaking! It happens all the time in families. I don't think this family was any different when it came down to not speaking to each other and then when a family crisis arises, how Mom would forgive, forget and listen to her child's pain and comfort her child's pain! ( A mother is always a mother no matter how old her children are)!Families are known to forgive and forget, and will help their family member if they should need them to! There is nothing strange about the scenario Virgie Arthur and others gave in testimony. As a matter of fact I found Ms. Arthur to be quite candid and honest when she was in court!
Howard K Stern’s business with this family is over! He needs to get a real job and stop being a leech! I think it is despicable that he used and pawned this baby for over two months. That he denied Danni-Lyn's family the right to be in her life! Especially when she lost her mother!
Danni-Lyn is going home and now it is time for the surviving relatives to do! What is in the best interests of the child. It can be worked out, they should make it happen!
The other court case that involves the millions of dollars could be easily settled as well! The Marshall family, could easily have their lawyers set up a trust fund for Danni-Lyn! Some of the money could be dispersed to her at the age of 18, then a bit more when she was 21, then 25 and the balance of the settlement to be dispersed to her when she was 30 years old. ( Old enough to not squander the money away)! I don't think that either side should be holding out for as much or least money in a settlement as possible. Anna Nicole has passed away, the money that the Marshall family could offer to put in trust for Danni-Lyn, would most likely be the same money that they are paying out in lawyers fee's. One to two million dollars is enough for a child! This money should not go to any adult that is caring for Danni-Lyn! Larry is the biological dad and he is to care for his child! Anna Nicole does have an estate and that estate should only in part be used for Danni-Lyn's care and the rest of it put in trust for Danni-Lyn!
Howard K Stern is trying to come out of this smelling like a rose! Virgie Arthur has more right! then Howard K Stern to be in the legal proceedings and to have rights to her granddaughter. Howard's most recent tirade against Virgie( I suspect he is mad because he knows Virgie will make it impossible for him to get his hands on any money out of this)! If Larry doesn't do anything Virgie will!) Go Virgie!! Don't allow this bleeding leach, who will bleed anyone until they are dry to have one cent! Howard was quoted as saying " that Virgie is holding up the custody proceedings! Oh really! and what did Howard K Stern do for over 2 months? The very same thing he held up the parternity proceedings and denied the family thier legal right to Danni-Lyn)! While the vile Howard K Stern, asserts that Virgie everything Anna said! ( Anna was normally drugged up so I would not put much stock in that, but then again Howard knows that he stood by and assured she stayed drugged up!)While Howard K Stern asserts he has first hand knowledge on what a drugged Anna Nicole said, he must REMEMBER, the world has first hand knowledge on what a weasel he was and how he tried to pawn and ransom a baby for money and fame!

looks like anna had a reson,for her mother to never see, hold or any contact with her granddaughter. she is showing her true colors. now isnt see.

It is interesting, that all virtual strangers in Anna's life act like they know her best! I think her mother knows her best! I am pretty sure Virgie is going to protect not just her grandaughter but all assets that are rightfully her granddaughters. Not Sterns, Not Larry's. DannieLYnn. If her son had lived none of this would be going on now! What a shame!
What about Daniels father? Do you think he doesn't have the right to say that he wants his son's body to be exhumed and he wants to bring him home? Or do you think that Howard and Larry have that say? Anna was married to him!

Oh and just for the record, I think that Larry wil do all the right things, and that he and Virgie will come to an agreement. They have to get away from Howard K Stern first and the Media. It will all be settled to everyone's satisfaction. Don't forget Howard agreed to allow Larry to see his daugthter before the parternity and stated he will not fight the paternity IF!!!! he is still on the Marshall case. You know for the money he wants. Talk about true colors. Virgie knows this and I think she is just as bound and determined to make sure Howard gets nothing!! Should he get anything? He has leeched and lived off of Anna for a long time. Her own son did not like Howard and saw what Howard was about! ( funny he ended up dying at 20)! Virgie has her reasons and i THINK HER INTENT IS GOOD NOT BAD ONES AND NOT TO MILK A BABY DRY! OF HER inheritance! Isn't it odd that Anna's diaries have disappeared according to Howard, all that was in that house and the diaries are the things that went. Intersting since her diaries could bring alot of money. But it is of no matter, because if any media should start publishing her diaries, the proceeds and money should all go to Anna's estate and DannieLynne's Inheritance. Since the property was stolen, it won't matter who obtains it, the money still has to go to Anna's estate.
