Many thanks. Well, if people want to go get WM 6 or S60 3rd Edition smartphones, by all means, do. Because they are aplenty of them in the market and the news about them can be read almost everyday.
For UIQ 3, it's unique because the media doesn't care much about it. It's virtually doesn't exist and a lot of people do not know about it. Hence, when something like this happens, us UIQ 3 users are excited and it's beyond words...
Creating buzz for products is good. Nokia created the buzz for E90 since end of last year and only in Q3 this year it is made available, with some bugs. Apple made iPhone buzz many months before it actually ships. Why Nokia, Apple and others can create buzz but Sony Ericsson / UIQ 3 cant?
@Ares
Many thanks for the additional info. I need to edit the post then

Frankly, SE should work out more on the advertising and promotion and not just waiting for others to derive innovation. SE used to be an innovative entity but it fades away... I mean, the smartphone business in SE might be not as big as it's K-series (Camera) and W-series (Walkman) but in order to capture the market, they should do more... not less... And now SE owns UIQ together with Motorola, what's stopping them from releasing powerful stuff and combine power together??
Regarding this blog, Many thanks for the encouraging words. I'm doing my best to give all of you some insights and my own analysis, not just links and other opinions. But as a normal human who has a day job, a family and stuff, I sometimes need to prioritise more on the other things than this blog... Trust all of you understood...
Anyway, more interesting stuff will come soon for this blog... Watch this space!
