Yesterday Gadjah Mada University Opera Campus Crew held Meeting to discuss more about our first event, OPERA MINI PARTY.

(by the way, yesterday was my Mom birthday too! )

Because our official IndLish reporter, Landhes can't came to that meeting, soo i'll try to report that meeting with my "grammarless" english..

On that meeting, we was talk about the progress of our preparation.

Me, as the Evangelist coordinator reported that until yesterday we already had approximately 80 participant. Actually it's still under our estimation, because we targeted there will be 100 participant (minimum). So the evangelist team will try as hard as we can to roar this event.

Then, Hanna as the Event Handler coordinator give us the event's run down. She explain us how the event will be held.

Next, Deny as PDD -PublicationDecorationDocumentation- team explain that they will took a photograph session with participant after we finish the seminar. We want to make some,,, ups! its still a secret,, you will get to know soon after we've done the seminar. Hehhhe..

ok,, after Deny, Firsty as the treasurer show us the cost of this seminar. It mostly come from publication. But don't worry, we still could handle it.

And we also plan a "Gladiresik" -who knows the english for this word- today. The Gladiresik will held on 18.30 (GMT+7). (Hmm,, I think Gladiresik is a kind of last preparation before we took the real seminar )

Finally, our chief Megan close the meeting, hope our first event will be success.
