About me
I'm me. That's all there really is to it, isn't there?Fast facts
- At the movies I like to see:Light science fiction and comic book movies.
- Last movie seen:X-Men 3 (theaters), Good Night and Good Luck (DVD)
- Music I listen to:Classic Rock, Classic Punk, Classic Alternative, and a bunch of other ecclectic stuff. RIP Joe Strummer and Joey Ramone.
- Best album right now:Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros - Streetcore. (American Idiot and American Edit were pretty good too.)
- Favorite author:That's a toss-up between Terry Pratchett, Christopher Moore, and Matt Ruff.
- Last book read:A Dirty Job - Matt Ruff
- Best game right now:Guitar Hero, hands down.
- Favorite sports team:Don't care about sports, actually.
- I'm passionate about:Computers, video games, politics, consumer electronics, and standing up for what's right.
- I wish I could:Aside from superheroics and other pure fantasy, not much.
- Favorite travel destination:Japan. Haven't been there yet, but I really want to go.
- On my vacation I..:Read. A LOT.
- If I won 1 million dollars, I would:Probably invest it, at least until I get out of college, and try to live within my means.
- If I were a super hero I would:Go around heroing on patrol, like Spidey--and probably earn hatred from J. Jonah Jameson, like Spidey.
- Food I like:Most anything--from Sushi to Hamburgers, from Calimari to Toad in the Hole. Baked goods are quite fun, though.
- I don't like:Mean people.
- Software I use:Photoshop, Opera, uTorrent, iTunes, WMP10 (for convenience), Trillian, and I'm looking at setting up a MythTV box.
- Hardware I use:An IBM Thinkpad T60p and a home-brewed PC.

Real Life Comics
Possibly my favorite webcomic. Greg Dean's a real cool guy, and the comic never fails to deliver a laugh or two. Highly recommended.

Shortpacked!
Great, if a bit toy-geek-centric, webcomic. David Willis is one hell of a guy, too.
