I hate cleaning!

One of my biggest sins is that I completely hate cleaning the house. :knight:

OMG! Ask me to do anything, but don't ask me to clean the house, no matter what will be.

Since yesterday I'm doing small things (different from what I do everyday that is cooking and put/take the table 3 times a day) and I was thinking with myself "why the hell I hate so much this?"... and thinking about the answer I can say that is because I feel completely frustrated cleaning.

Yes, frustrated. :o:

Why?

Because I never get a clean house the way I want. I clean and clean and my apartment is so full of dust that if I clean it now, 10 minutes after it's full again. That's because I live in a big avenue and it's always so busy, lots of cars, buses, trucks... :ko:

So, my apartment (incredibly it's not so noisy) is almost impossible to be really cleaned, I mean, 100% cleaned everyday. And I HATE it!!! :irked:

I'm so obsessed about it that I even quit of it. Yes, I'm tired of being all day long cleaning here, there, over there... and I quit!

I never was the kind of girl/woman that liked the housing stuff (unless cooking, that is my passion) and so, why would I like it now just because I'm a housing person (almost) full time now??

This really annoys me!

How is that in your house? Is your house so difficult to clean (and to maintain) like mine? Why can't I keep the house the way I'd love to?

25 Things You Should Never Apologize For

,

This was sent to me by our beloved friend Liz!

It's very nice! Enjoy! (Thanks Issy!)

1. Never apologize for pursuing what makes you happy.
Even if you need to quit your job, transfer schools or move across country, always do what you really want.

2. Never apologize for using proper English. Keeping it real doesn't mean speaking Ebonics.

3. Never apologize for giving your best in a relationship that just didn't work out.

4. Never apologize for being successful. Only haters want to keep you at their level.

5. Never apologize for crying. Wear a waterproof mascara and express yourself.

6. Never apologize for the ten pounds you need to lose.
People who truly care about you will accept you as you are.

7. Never apologize for being frugal.
Just because you save your money rather than blowing it on the latest fashion emergency doesn't mean you're cheap.

8. Don't apologize for being a single mom. Babies are blessings not mistakes.

9. Never apologize for treating yourself to something special.
Whether it's a great dinner, a soothing facial, or a banging outfit, sometimes you have to show yourself some appreciation.

10. NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR LEAVING AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP. YOUR SAFETY SHOULD ALWAYS BE A PRIORITY.

11. Never apologize for keeping the ring even if the wedding bells won't chime. Hey, it was a gift.

12. Never apologize for setting high standards in relationships.
You know what you can tolerate and what simply gets on your last nerve.

13. Never apologize for just saying NO.

14. Never apologize for asking for what you want in bed. If you don't, then who will?

15. Never apologize for wearing a weave. You bought it so it's yours.

16. Never apologize to your new friends about old friends.
There's a reason why she's been your girl since day one.

17. Never apologize for ordering dessert. Or, more than one dessert.

18. Never apologize for dating outside your race.
Just because you found Mr. Right-across-the-color line doesn't mean you don't love the brothas.

19. Never apologize for asking him to wear a condom.
If he really likes you he'll wrap it up without making you feel guilty.

20. Never apologize for not knowing how to cook.
Even if you can't BURN like grandma you know how to order good take-out.

21. Never apologize for your taste in clothing. It's your style.

22. NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR CHANGING YOUR MIND.

23. Never apologize for exercising your right to choose. It's your body and your life.

24. Never apologize for making more money than your man makes.
You work hard and you deserve to get paid.

25. Never apologize for being you.

(Issy did you post it on your blog? :D )

A weekend at the spa

,

It can be a bit late to talk about Mother's Day but never is too late to show photos :D

This is the view of the room we took!

Another view with the small store on left and the sauna in blue bluiding.

The view of our room, the snooker place and the TV room.

The beggining of the jogging track. This track has 1 km that goes through the woods.

The swimming pools.

Me and Francis

Me and my sweetie!!

We passed all the weekend there, relaxing, exercising, eating good food. And guess what? I lost 1,5 kg!! :D Yay!!
Yes, I lost weight! In this week, I decided to maintain he diet we were doing at the spa, and we are doing great! It's not so hard. I loved the weekend. Loved the place. We enjoyed a lot this small paradise in the middle of the road!

A trip with no destiny

One of the things I most like to do is getting out home with no destiny!

Yes, I'm a rebel soul. A free soul I like to think.

I always loved to get out in a Sunday morning, and get the road, road to somewhere. We always discover nice places in this way.

So, last weekend it happened again. We went to take breakfast out (here we have many regional restaurants, on the road, that offer great breakfasts) and after we took the road. The smell of the nature is fantastic!!

Francis drove until we get a small city (that used to be smaller years ago) and we were surprised to see a new thing!

"Wait! Are we in Rio de Janeiro?" We asked to each other!
(doesn't he seem to have sunglasses on the head?? :left: )

And looking to the other side of the road, we saw these others giant statues.

We didn't know why of these big statues and what they represent. So, we looked for a plaque somewhere. The Jesus was built for the local government because of a state deputy (who is evangelic) that created a law to build it.

The other statues, represent the production of "farinha" which is a kind of food made with cassava. And this town is a greater producer of farinha. Farinha is well consumed in Brazil, specially on the North.

Getting closer, we can understand the statue. He's like in a big pot where he's cooking cassava and making farinha.

The building near is a church :eyes: "What?" we thought. Yes, a church. The name of it we really didn't understand. And it has this strange shape.

Near the Jesus statue is a restaurant, and what paid our attention was a plaque on the grass. It was written in French also. French? In the middle of nowhere?? Nice!!

Well, very strange for a small town in the middle of the forest. By the way, the town is called Rio Preto da Eva, or as Francis said Eve's Black River!:lol:

We bought some oranges and drove back. In the road, there is a spa called "spa tropical" where my mother-in-law used to go when she was alive. She used to go there just to relax. It's a very nice place, like a farm, where you can rest and enjoy nature. Now, it's not only a spa, but a hotel too. So, if someone wants to pass some days off, this is a very nice place to go.

We found many fruit trees and even a couple of toucans!!

Francis decided to give me as mother's day a weekend on the spa. And I loved it!! We're going today afternoon and will be back just on Sunday afternoon!

I'm so excited!!!! :D I can't wait for!! So, I'll be out for this whole weekend and I'll bring you many photos and a lot of histories to tell!!!

Hope everybody can have a great mother's day! To the moms like me, I wish all the good things. God bless you all, cuz we really know what we suffer and we have to do to keep our children safe and fine! This road is hard but is SOOOOOOO good!! I love to be mother and if I wasn't, my life would have no reason! I'm sure you think the same!

Kisses to all mothers!! My dearest ones, Issy, Karen, Yulia, Sarah, if I forgot someone, sorry! I'm in a hurry day!! :D
