We passed all the weekend there, relaxing, exercising, eating good food. And guess what? I lost 1,5 kg!!
Yes, I lost weight! In this week, I decided to maintain he diet we were doing at the spa, and we are doing great! It's not so hard. I loved the weekend. Loved the place. We enjoyed a lot this small paradise in the middle of the road!

It's always interesting indeed how people live in different countries and cultures!
My diet consists in eating 6 times a day, in small portions, to not let your stomach feels hungry. You can have coffee or chocolate(diet) at breakfast, a slice of wholewheat bread with jam or white cheese (cottage).
Everything you'll eat must be diet or light. Don't have normal sugar in juices or coffee, but only diet sugar.
The snack in the middle of the morning and in the middle of afternoon, you can have a fruit or juice (all natural).
For lunch, you must have a whole dish with salad (fresh or cooked) and after, just a small portion of wholewheated rice, a piece of meat, chicken or fish if you prefer and a small portion of beans (we have it almost everyday in Brasil).
If you eat the salad first you won't feel hungry anymore and you'll eat the rest of the dish very well. You'll feel satisfied, really.
For dinner, you can have a soup (veggies, meat) and then, the last meal of the day is when you have a cup of warmed milk with cinnamon or diet chocolate. 2 cookies, and that's all!!!
It seems a lot of meals and food all day, but you will really eat less, eat healthier and the most important, you won't feel hungry.
My prob is that I used to eat a lot! Much food in the dish and I never got satisfied. I always wanted more and more. And now I don't feel like that. I reduced a lot the quantity of food I eat everyday.
Of course you need to exercise too. I go jogging 3 times a week. 1 hour. And sometimes I even don't do that when I don't have time.
But I really feel better!
Of course sometimes we feel tempted to have a pizza for example (even if we didn't have it yet) but I'm sure that if we do that, we won't eat so much anymore as we did in the old times.
