Niner Bikes are recalling about 750 units of their Jet 9 full-suspension frameset because of a welding deficiency that can cause the frame to crack along the welds of the front triangle. More>>>
Specialized recall 2010 bikes over faulty shock mount

Specialized are recalling their 2010 26” Era and 26” Epic bicycles as the shock absorber mount on the bikes "can break and the shock absorber can make contact with the wheel spokes, posing a fall hazard to the rider". About 1,350 units of the following models are affected: 2010 Epic Marathon Carbon, 2010 Epic Marathon Frame, 2010 Epic Expert Carbon, 2010 Epic Expert, 2010 Epic Comp Carbon, 2010 Epic Comp, 2010 Era FSR Expert Carb, 2010 Era FSR Expert and 2010 Era FSR Comp. A custom-built Cannondale Flash carbon hardtail with a claimed weight of 7.09kg (without pedals) apparently has set many a weightweenie's heart a-flutter. Unveiled at this year's Sea Otter Classic at the Cannondale booth, it features modified Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 and choice components, plus a US$3,500 Troy Lee Designs paint job. More>>>
