Giro director seeks UCI advice over 'dirty' rider list

From AP: 'Giro d'Italia director Angelo Zomegnan has asked the International Cycling Union whether any riders should be banned from the race for involvement in the Spanish doping scandal. "It's up to the UCI, the entity that oversees world cycling, to take responsibility and make known who can race and who can't," Zomegnan wrote in a letter to UCI president Pat McQuaid.' More
