Well, apparently the English football club wanted to site bicycle parking stands away from their new Emirates Stadium but were told by the Islington Council that they should encourage cycling to home games, not discourage it. Arsenal had argued that bikes placed close to the ground could pose a security risk. Bicycles packed with explosives are reportedly popular as weapons of mass destruction (???) among bomb-makers in the world's terrorist hot spots. More
